Blue Circle Capital was formed to act as a holding company and incorporated as an S- Corporation. Blue Circle Capital is a company which does not produce goods or services itself, rather its only purpose is acquiring other small businesses. This allows the reduction of risk for our shareholders and can allow the ownership and control of a number of different companies. Additionally, through this unique corporate structure, profits can be dynamically allocated across our business acquisitions so as to either expand existing operations or to invest in new ones without the need to acquire additional funding outside the corporation. At the end of each fiscal year, we pay a dividend to our investors based on our performance.
